Ripon's Army Camp Housing Consultation

It has been promised for a while and finally there is some movement. A consultation period has begun and views are sought.

It is not however widely advertised with nothing apparently on Harrogate or Ripon Council's web sites. For those interested, I attach a link and a copy of the plan.
